Parents & Friends Association

The Parents and Friends Association have had a great year! Our last meeting for the year, held on 30 October, gave us the opportunity to review our commitment to events planned for 2025. And next year will be an exciting one!

We look forward to welcoming the new cohort of Year 7s and their parents. We’re introducing a way to support the incoming parents – but they need to be registered as a P&FA member for us to help them as school is closed in January, but the P&FA are only a whatsapp away! 

We’ll be joining in the fun, again, at Mission Action Day, at Open Day and at the Grade 6 Assessment Day. We’ll be helping with the Mother’s Day Dinner and continue supporting the Year 7 RE classes with making rosaries. There are several other events we’re looking forward to in 2025 but most of all, we look forward to welcoming more of you to the P&FA. You don’t need to be brand new to Mazenod to join. In fact, we need more of our current community of parents to join us. The more parents on board, the more enriched our association will be!

As a general member, we look forward to any time and help you can give and hope to see you at our meetings. Our general meetings in 2025 are on Wednesdays and held once a term in the Staff Room at Mazenod:

Any P&FA member is welcome to be part of the P&FA Exec Team. You need only to be happy to commit to attend all face-to-face meetings and additional ad-hoc online meetings.
