Hub App Update
New on the Hub!
Be sure to bookmark the new 'Events and Information Sessions' page on the Hub. Parents can now access and download photos from school activities, stay informed about upcoming events, keep up to date with the Parents & Friends Association (P&F), and view school publications all in one place! You can access the 'Events and Information Sessions' page via the Senior School and Junior School parent pages.
New Absentee Reporting Procedure
Parents are now required to report student absences via the Hub app on mobile phone.
The School has just launched an update to the ‘KWS Hub’ mobile app, which now features a Student Absence (Absentee) tile.
This feature allows you to quickly and easily report student absences directly from your phone.
To access this new feature, simply update the KWS Hub app via your App Store using the links bel:
Note: If your KWS Hub app does not appear for an automatic update, search ‘KWS Hub’ in the App Store, then select to open, and the update button will display.
Reporting Absences using the Hub App
From the end of November all absences for Pre-K to Year 12 should be reported by parents via the Hub App using the form provided at the ‘Absentee’ tile.
If a student is unable to attend school for part or all of one day, the absence should be submitted via the Hub App along with the reason for absence and a medical certificate, where appropriate.
