Down on the Farm
It has been a hive of activity at the farm the last couple of weeks, with lots of children coming to visit at lunch time. It is so nice to see the children smiling and enjoying the farm animals in the beautiful sunshine.
I will certainly miss the current year 6's coming to visit the animals at lunch time next year.
Maggie and Bonnie are especially thriving, relishing the freedom of not being confined at night, while the chooks are absolutely loving their little pool—just enough water to keep them cool on those warm days.
I will be sending out an Operoo shortly looking for families to help with the farm over the school holiday. So if you are not going away and are available to help, keep an eye out for the dates.
