Principal's Post

Dear Families,

Our students are enjoying their two weeks of swimming and are half-way through the program. No doubt you have experienced a few tired children as we too have experienced a few tired students. Please remember that Thursday is the "water safety with clothes on day" so pack the required clothes for your child to participate in the water safety session. Friday is the "fun" day where students finish lessons early and enjoy some time on the water slide and playing a few pool games.

Don't forget to get your orders in for our upcoming Pizza Food Day on Wednesday 4th December. Orders close tomorrow, Tuesday 26th November.

2025 School Fees

We have finalised our school fees for 2025. Please see below.

2025 Classlists

These have been drafted and we are assuming that if your child will not be returning to St James next year, you have already notified the school office. If not, please do so tonight or tomorrow.

Santa Letters

Santa's North Pole Mailbox will be in the admin office area from December 2nd. If your child would like to post a letter to Santa, they can bring them in up until December 17th.

Uniform Shop

St James uniform is available from Spartan School World shop at U12/100 New St, Ringwood or via the website. Please note the change in address.

Please note there will be no uniform delivery in the last week of Term 4. This is a busy week for both schools and couriers and if the delivery is not made prior to school finishing then there is a risk that orders are lost at the courier depot over the holidays.

Final Uniform Delivery 2024 – Week 10 2024 - 9th - 13th December 2024
First Uniform Delivery 2025 – Week 1 2025 - 28th– 31st January 2025
Orders placed during the break for Delivery to School will be held and sent when school reopens on 28th January.
Orders for delivery to home will continue to be processed and sent via Australia Post. (Except during our Christmas Closure period from 20th December to 6th January)
All stores will close at 5.00 pm on Friday 20th December and reopen at 9.00 am Wednesday 8th January. Please check the website for each store’s hours.
All stores will be open on Australia Day Public Holiday 27th January 2025

Second Hand Uniform - Donations required

Final call out for uniform donations for the second hand uniform shop at our next Prep Orientation session this Wednesday. Ideally we need some 6 and 8 sizes of everything to cater for our new Preps. Please drop off to the office, any donations would be greatly appreciated.

Movember

The St James lads are once again embracing Movember by growing mo's, running/walking 60kms and supporting in various other ways. If you'd like to support our worthy cause, please click on the link below.

Sunsmart

As the days become warmer, a reminder that students are encouraged to apply sunblock before school and bring along a named roll on sunscreen that they can apply as necessary before outdoor activities and breaks.

To finish on a wonderful note, we just received news of the safe arrival of Mrs. McCaffertys beautiful little girl, Lulu who was born last Friday. We are delighted for Cassie, Connor and big sister, Poppy.
