Year 6 - 8 Sport and Sport Squads

What a great year it has been in the sporting life of our school.  In my 18 years, seeing the school grow and change, this has been the most exciting by far for our students and the sports that have been on offer for them.  

This couldn't occur without the support of our staff and volunteers who have provided these exciting opportunities.  A huge thank you to those people who I know have given up their own time to get the program off the ground.  We will always be grateful to the support you have given the program which has given it a great kickstart.

Next week will be the last week for the 6 - 8 Sport program for 2024 and we look forward to 2025 when the program will come back bigger and better than this year.  For those families with children in Year 6 to 8 in 2025 you will have received instructions on how to sign up for sport, if you have any issues or questions please let me know.

Our squads will also finish up next week.  Congratulations to the students who have committed to early rises to get to the pool and to the students who have braved the elements on the golf course.  We hope you have enjoyed the opportunity and look forward to these and more squads running in 2025.

Next week will also see students from Year 4 and 5 for 2025 sign up to commence their sporting journey as we launch Year 4 and 5 sport in 2025.  We hope this is as great an opportunity as it was for the more senior students.
