Multi-Purpose Stadium Tender Process

The Tender Process for the Multi-Purpose Stadium is now well progressed.  Following a formal Expression of Interest Process including local advertisement, there are 4 companies now preparing tender submissions. If you have a local business and are interested in reaching out regarding quotation for services please email me and I can provide contact information. Local engagement of contractors has been encouraged.  Tender submissions will be assessed mid December and a decision made by the Board in due course.  We will continue to keep the School community informed of progress.

Tongala & Mathoura Community Bank (Bendigo Bank)

Last week I attended the Tongala & Mathoura Community Bank AGM, along with many other local community organisations and schools.  We were delighted to receive a grant of $2,500 to assist with further woodwind instruments for our School’s music program.  The Community Bank recently distributed $58,608 to support the community.  We are very grateful of their support.

Multi-Purpose Stadium Fundraiser

Our major fundraiser for the Multi-Purpose Stadium is now underway. Raffle tickets can be purchased online HERE. 

We also have booklets of five tickets available – if you would like a booklet to sell tickets to family and friends, please contact Freya Smith or myself and we will arrange to get these to you. 

Thank you to our MAG parents and staff who are assisting with stalls at Moama Marketplace, Farmers Market and the Moama Market. If you are interested in volunteering for an hour or two, please let us know and we will add you to a “Friends of the Stadium” list so that you can nominate any particular days or times that suit you. Thankyou to all who have purchased tickets already, or are helping to spread awareness of our Car Raffle fundraiser.
