Mathematics 'Problem of the Week'
There are two ways you can submit your answers - either send them in to your Mathematics teacher (or childs' Mathematics teacher if you are a parent!) or you can also send answers to: maths@tphs.nsw.edu.au

GREEN PROBLEM - Week 1:
Last year, Alan worked 5 days a week for 48 weeks. The graph shows how Alan travelled to work each day.
On how many days did Alan travel by bus?
RED PROBLEM - Week 1:
Today, a father shares the same birthday as his twin daughters and altogether, they bring up a total of 77 years.
When the daughters were born, the father was turning twice the age that the daughters are now, combined.
How old are the twins turning today?
