Year 2

Year 2 has had a fantastic start to Term 1! Everyone has settled in beautifully, making new friends and reconnecting with old ones in the classroom and on the playground. It has been wonderful to see such positive relationships forming.

In Maths, we have been busy completing some beginning-of-term assessments, while also enjoying a range of fun and engaging Maths games to build our skills and confidence.

In Art, we have been learning about Pablo Picasso and exploring his abstract style and cubism techniques. The students used these ideas to create their own artworks, and they had so much fun being creative!
