Learning and Curriculum Primary - Stage 3

As the new school year begins, we are thrilled to welcome our Year 5 and Year 6 students back to school! We hope you had a wonderful summer break filled with relaxation, adventure, and quality time with loved ones. Now, it's time to dive into another exciting year of learning, growth, and fun. 

For Year 5 students, welcome to SPC! This year marks an important step in your journey, as you take on new challenges and responsibilities in a new school setting. We look forward to welcoming our Year 5 students and families on Friday 30 January from 8:00 AM at the College Gymnasium. 

For our Year 6 students, this is your final year of primary school - a year to shine, lead, and create lasting memories. From preparing for the transition to secondary school to taking on leadership roles, this year is a special opportunity to showcase your growth and talents. Year 6 will commence on Monday 2 February.

Year 5 Dismissal

For the first day only, families are invited to pick up their son/s from the Powell Pavillion or Kiss and Ride from 2:50 PM. Staff will walk any students catching public transport to the bus lines. Throughout week 2, Year 5 will be dismissed at 2:50 PM to ease congestion around the College. Students who have co-curricular training, an older sibling or are catching the bus will remain with their class teacher until the usual 3:10 PM dismissal.
