A Message from the Director of Business Services

Flexischools
As we embark on Term 1 of 2026, we would like to remind everyone that our cafeteria operates on a cashless model. This means that the only form of payment allowed for over-the-counter purchases is by using school student cards linked to Flexischools. Students can access the cafeteria to purchase breakfast, recess, or lunch.
For those who are unfamiliar, Flexischools is a convenient and secure platform that allows cash-free transactions. Parents can effortlessly download the Flexischools app from the Apple or Google store and follow the prompts to create an account.
Parents also have the option to enable their son(s) to place online orders themselves through the app.
For parents of new students to the College who wish to make purchases, we encourage you to set up a profile on Flexischools, add funds to the account, and place an online order. If your child has not yet received their student card, they can temporarily call out their name to the canteen staff to make a purchase until their card is issued.
Returning students should continue using their existing student ID cards by linking them to their Flexischools profile.
Flexischools allows parents to set daily spending limits and monitor purchases through the app. To link your child’s student card to your Flexischools account, simply enter the Student ID number located below the barcode on the front of the card in the student profile settings.
For those setting up new accounts:
1. Register a Flexischools account and create a student profile.
2. Select St Patrick's College Strathfield from the drop-down list.
3. Under Settings, enter the Student ID number located below the barcode on the front of the student card.
Flexischools is Australia’s leading school ordering solution, operating in over 1,650 schools across the country. It provides a secure and efficient way to manage school canteen payments, being ISO 27001 certified and qualified for the Safer Technologies 4 Schools Badge Program (ST4S).
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we continue to ensure a smooth and cashless transaction process at our cafeteria.
Sustainable School Shop
Reminding all parents and carers that the College has engaged Sustainable School Shop to provide families with the ability to trade second-hand textbooks, uniforms and other student resources using an efficient process.
The College is providing this service so there is no cost for families. Each family that registers on the Sustainable School Shop will be given a subscription.
We hope you will make the most of this opportunity and gain the benefit from recycling your children’s school items, while at the same time helping another family within our school community. See attached brochure for more information.
