2026 NATIONAL SIMULTANEOUS STORYTIME 

Last Wednesday students joined other schools and libraries across Australia in a celebration of stories.

This year's title Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller by  Adam Jackson, is a picture book that captures the spirit of rising to a challenge with heart and grit. It is a powerful celebration of courage, self-belief, and pushing through when things get tough 

Our infants classes enjoyed a range of activities to support this beautiful book and enhance their love of reading!

ILF BOOK SWAP

The ILF Book Swap helps students understand the  connection between the past, present, and future in the reconciliation journey.

This year’s Book Swap was another HUGE  success! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our students and parents, we not only fostered a love of reading among our students but also raised an impressive $720.50 for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.

It was wonderful to see the joy of reading and the community spirit that thrives within our school.

The Library is open every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday lunchtime for any student wishing to exchange their books and continue their reading adventure.

Bring your library bag, return your books and borrow more books every week!
