World Teacher's Day 2024
Friday, 25th October 2024 was World Teacher's Day. Transforming lives with their unwavering dedication, our teachers play a vital role in shaping young minds and creating an inclusive atmosphere for our students and communities. World Teacher's Day is a day when we recognise the dedication and commitment of teachers and the essential role they play in giving our children every chance to reach their potential.
School teachers play a key role in how we learn in school as they provide life-long knowledge that students can use to succeed in the class. They are responsible for creating a safe atmosphere that enables safety for all students who are in their care for the better part of their academic life. Additionally, teachers ensure that all students have the opportunity to thrive academically and succeed in all learning goals, teaching us to learn from our mistakes and adapt us to new strategies which we can use for years to come. They serve as role models, teaching us important life skills such as speaking the truth, responsibility or collaboration, helping us shape our way of thinking and the way we act around others. With this in mind, teachers not only fill our minds with academic knowledge but also help us find out who we are in the future, making their influence a vital impact in our educational journey.

On Friday, 25th October 2024, we celebrated World Teacher's Day. World Teacher's Day is a day where students thank their teachers for giving them a positive change. Teachers at St Johns Park Public School take a large amount of their time to prepare not only educational but exciting lessons for students to learn. We should thank our teachers for being helpful, kind and supportive.

Teachers do more stuff for us than you think because no matter if we’re stuck with a question or hurt on the floor, they will always be there for us. Not only do teachers play a major role in our education, but they also make fun days for us out of their choice and take their time to plan it. Teachers truly inspire us to keep going with our work and to always try our best. Teachers stay up late working on lessons and sometimes they don't even sleep just for us to get to do well in life and it doesn't help when you make loud annoying noises or talk in class just know when you get in trouble your teachers will always try to make you follow the right path.
Teachers inspire me to do well in class in school and in life because once you go off to high school you may not always have nice teachers, they not help you as much as your primary school teachers but deep down every teacher will help you. They will give you that one big push to be a successful person in life.
