Foundation

In Madagascar, the Foundation students were Lemurs! They got to sing 3 songs with the big lemurs! They loved dancing and singing all the songs! The Foundation students did an amazing job for their first show, and we are so proud of their energy they brought to the show!!

Zander- My favourite part of doing Madagascar was the part where the lemurs scared away the Foosa! I liked buying a bracelet at the end of the night as well!

Jackson- My favourite part of doing Madagascar was scaring away the Foosa in the play, and then at the end, of got to buy a lemur bracelet!

Isla- My favourite part of doing Madagascar was when we all got to sing 'I like to move it move it' together, and doing the bows at the end of the show!

One/Two

Participating in performing arts is a wonderful experience for young children. Standing on stage to sing, dance, and perform helps them build confidence and express themselves creatively. Through rehearsals, they learn teamwork, patience, and the value of practice, while also developing their memory and focus. Performing allows children to celebrate their talents, overcome nerves, and feel proud of their achievements. Most importantly, it’s a chance to have fun, share joy with others, and create lasting happy memories.

Three

Our amazing Year 3s had an incredible time performing in Madagascar this week! They began the show as lively zoo guests before making a quick costume and makeup change to transform into some fierce Foosa for their second role. Thanks to dedicated rehearsals with Ms Bourke and plenty of classroom singing practice, our students shone brightly on stage and delivered an exceptional performance!

Four/Five

Six

What an awesome performance from our Senior students.  We are so proud of them all!  The costumes made by Mrs Vranken and Ms Bourke looked amazing as did the makeup by Mrs Vranken and Mrs Beveridge.

Bazaar

The Year 6 bazaar received amazing support from our families and friends.  After the first night's sales, we had to have a big day of creating to produce more products to sell on Wednesday night.  However, it was worth it.  When all was finished, the Year 6 children raised $590.25 for the Royal Children's Hospital....such a great achievement!
