Managing Workers’ Compensation Claims

One of our key roles at the APF is to support members with managing WorkCover claims, whether for themselves or their staff. This can be a complex process, and we understand that navigating it may at times contribute to stress or challenges.

The Department has developed an improved Workers’ Compensation – Workplace Injury policy which is now available for schools.

This consolidated policy and guidance is available in the Policy and Advisory Library (PAL). It replaces the previous Return to work coordinator portal,  providing a one-stop shop for guidance and resources.
