FAITH IN ACTION

In the heart of faith, a light shines bright, 

Guiding us through the day and night. 

Christian souls, with love as their creed,

Know that faith in action is what we need.

For faith with action is like a bountiful tree, 

Bearing beautiful fruit, to be enjoyed carefree. 

And in the footsteps of Christ we choose to tread, 

With actions born from the words He said.

In every act of kindness, love takes flight, 

A testament to the Gospel's light. 

For faith in action is the living proof, 

Of Christ's love and grace, an eternal truth.

To feed the hungry, to clothe the poor, 

To welcome strangers through the door, 

In these acts, our faith finds its voice, 

A living testament, a divine choice.

For in the Christian faith, we find our call, 

To love our neighbours, one and all. 

To mend the broken, heal the heart, 

In every action, faith plays its part.

So let us not just speak of love, 

But live it out, it is from above. 

For faith with actions, hand in hand, 

Brings God's kingdom to our land.
