Parents and Friends Committee

Parents and friend are looking forward to two special events next week. 

Our Fathers day stall is Wednesday the 30th of August. Students will visit the stall in their class groups. Prices range from $1 - $6. Can all students please bring a bag. If the student does forget their money, they will have the chance to select items for an IOU, and will be able to pick up their items from the office after bringing in their money. Students will go home with the amount they have spent. 

We will also open the stall in the afternoon prior to pickup for any families who would like to bring younger or older siblings to shop at the stall. We dont want any of our wonderful Dads to miss out.

Then on the Friday the 1st of September we have our Colour Fun Spectacular. This will be run during the final session of the day from 2:30pm. We have some fun activities planned, and will love the assistance form parent helpers to help spray the coloured powder on the students. We would love to see all students in their white t-shirts (which will be colourful by the end!). 

The second hand uniform stall has had a revamp. Thankyou to Michelle Strachan for her donation of the cube shelf, and for all her time sorting the uniforms, along with Lora, Melissa and Vanessa. There is a box outside room 4 for any new donations. We would appreciate any clean and good quality uniform. All funds go to support our school.

We have also had Kristy Neilson arrange a wonderful donation from Bunyip Rural Supplies of sugercane mulch for the veggie garden, and straw and chook feed for the chickens. Please anyone who is in the rural supplies, please make sure you say a big thankyou to the wonderful team in there. 

Also remember that we have a trolley outside room 4 with food that is free to any families. We know that times are tough, and you are more then welcome to come take anything that you may be able to use.
