OPEN CLASSROOMS

Tomorrow we look forward to warmly welcoming our parents to our open classrooms. Parents are invited to come along and have a look at the learning taking place in all our learning spaces from Kinder to Year 6. The learning spaces will be open from 8:15 - 8:45am.

UNIFORM

Due to the current warm weather, students are allowed to come to school in either their full summer uniform or their full winter uniform on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the remainder of the term. Thank you for your support in ensuring that our students are wearing their uniforms correctly.  All students will need to be in their full summer uniform by the beginning of Term 4.

'DRAWING US TOGETHER' - NAIDOC WEEK COMPETITION

Last term some of our Indigenous students created artworks as illustrations for the book 'Gami Winda and Dyindi-Dyindi', a book written by Bianca F. Stawiarski to celebrate NAIDOC Week 2023. 24 of our students' artworks were selected as finalists. They were on display in front of Kmart last holidays and the community had the chance to vote for their favourite illustration to be included in the book.

Today, these 24 finalists attended a presentation where the winners of the competition were announced. Congratulations to Adelaide Burgess, Carter Deacon, Azarlee Ramirez and Xavier Graf whose artwork was selected to be included in the book.

Thank you to all the students who participated and also to the parents who were able to come along today. Thank you to Mr French for encouraging the children to participate in this wonderful initiative.

Staff and Students with COVID-19 Symptoms

If a student or staff member is unwell and has any symptoms they should always test for COVID-19 and not attend school until they are symptom free.

Positive COVID-19 Cases

If a student or staff member receives a positive result with a RAT or PCR test they should:

  1. Record the positive result through the Services NSW website or App.
