Antifragility is the ability to grow stronger through challenges rather than by avoiding them. When students face manageable stressors—such as daily routines, social interactions, and academic expectations—they build resilience and confidence. Regular school attendance plays a key role in this process. Each day at school offers opportunities to navigate setbacks, develop coping strategies, and strengthen social connections. By consistently showing up, students not only maintain learning progress but also cultivate the adaptability and emotional strength that antifragility requires.
