As the sun rose over Glen Innes Cemetery, we gathered in quiet reflection to honour the courage, sacrifice, and spirit of our servicemen and women.

On this ANZAC Day Dawn Service, we remember those who gave their lives, those who returned, and those who continue to serve. Their legacy lives on in the freedoms we enjoy and the values we uphold each day.

Our school community was proud to take part in the ANZAC Day March. We are incredibly grateful to our staff and students who represented our school with such respect, dignity, and pride. Your conduct truly reflected the spirit of the occasion and honoured those who have served and sacrificed.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to the Glen Innes Garden Club for their beautiful wreaths. Your contribution added a special and meaningful touch to the ceremony, and we deeply appreciate your support.

On Friday 24th April we took the opportunity to remember and honour the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country with a whole school assembly.

We were joined by special guests- RSL Sub Branch Respresentitives Gail Turnbull and Peter Brown.

ANZAC Day is a time for reflection, gratitude, and respect for the courage and commitment shown by our soldiers throughout history.

Together, we acknowledge the importance of remembering our past to build a respectful and united community for the future.

Lest we forget.
