Charlton College extends heartfelt congratulations to Tully and wishes him the best of luck in his upcoming Nationals Rodeo competition!! His outstanding achievement is truly commendable, and we are immensely proud of Tully's dedication and perseverance at something he is passionate about. VET Taster Day
Wow! The VET Taster Day was a resounding success, offering a fantastic opportunity to explore various VET courses and hear firsthand from industry speakers about their career journeys. Our Year 9 students exceeded expectations, demonstrating exceptional engagement and enthusiasm throughout the day's events. We take great pride in their embodiment of our College values. A huge "thank you" to Natasha Saunders for making the day so engaging and informative.
Looking ahead, we eagerly anticipate further discussions about VET options for next year's studies and invite students to gather more information at our upcoming Pathways Night on July 31st.
Broader Horizons
Year 9 students will be attending their second Broader Horizons session today during periods 5 & 6. The Broader Horizons Program will conclude Wednesday 26th June. Our students have engaged in this with positivity and conducted themselves respectfully in front of industry presenters. Our Year 9s are shining with all this careers information they have been receiving as of late. Well Done Year 9's
Pyjama Day
A reminder that students have the Western Careers Expo at Longerenong (just out of Horsham), next week on Tuesday (25th June).
Permission needs to be given for students to attend through the event on Compass. If you have trouble with Compass, please contact the office to give verbal permission.
