Interschool Sports
This term has been a big one for interschool sport! Our students from all year levels have had the opportunity to represent the school in a variety of sports. Teams have engaged in multiple training sessions before these events, giving our students the chance to build as a team before competing. Due to the commitment and positivity from our students and staff we have experienced a number of enjoyable sports days. There has even been some success with our year 7 Girls Netball, Senior Girls and Boys AFL and the Intermediate Boys AFL teams all winning against local schools and advancing to the Western Metropolitan Region Finals. In addition to this, Kalea Brodie and Charlotte Nichols have recently advanced to the State Championships for Cross Country and will compete next term! Congratulations to all students who have participated in interschool sport this term, you have represented the school fantastically.
Cross Country
On the 20th of June our Cross Country runners headed to Brimbank Park to compete against students from the Western Metropolitan area. The students displayed incredible behaviour and represented the school fantastically. Congratulations to Kalea Brodie and Charlotte Nichols for qualifying to compete at the State Championships next term!

Cross Country
On Friday, the 24th of May, our Cross-Country runners headed to Sankey Reserve in Gisborne and put on a fantastic display. Our small group of students not only set the standard on the track, winning several races but also off the track, demonstrating great behaviour and respect. Most of our students qualified to compete for our division in a few weeks and made the school incredibly proud. I specifically want to mention Charlotte Nichols, Tyson Boffey and Logan Cornish who all won their respective events by huge margins, highlighting that their training at school has paid off. Well done!
