PREMIERS READING CHALLENGE

The Premier's Reading Challenge is a literacy engagement program that was introduced by the Premier in 2004 to:

• Encourage students to read more books and enjoy reading 
• Build self-esteem and pride, school unity and a sense of achievement
• Improve literacy levels

The Challenge requires students to read a total of 12 books (8 Premier's Reading Challenge books, 4 own choice books) between early February and 6th September 2024.

Student reading record sheets will be in the back of student diaries and will need to be signed off by an adult after the book has been completed.
