Dear Families,

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to our Easter Raffle by donating Easter eggs! Your generosity is truly appreciated, and we are excited to see the wonderful prize hampers come together. A reminder to return your raffle tickets before the draw to ensure you’re in the running to win one of these fantastic prizes. Good luck to all!
Harmony Day – Monday, March 24
Next Monday, March 24, MPH will be celebrating Harmony Day! This is a special day that promotes inclusiveness, respect, and a sense of belonging for everyone in our community. We encourage all students to wear orange in support of this year’s theme, “Everyone Belongs”. Let’s come together to celebrate the diverse cultures that make our school such a vibrant and welcoming place.
Child Safety Reminders
•School Pickup Arrangements – If you are unable to pick up your child and have arranged for a family member or friend to do so, please call the school office to notify us. This helps us ensure your child’s safety by informing their teacher and avoiding any confusion at the end of the school day.
•Office Sign-In for Visitors – If you are attending a school event, interschool sport, a fundraising activity, or volunteering as a parent helper, please ensure that you sign in at the office upon arrival. This is an important part of our visitor management process and helps us keep track of everyone on site.
•Use of Student Toilets – In the interest of child safety, we kindly ask that all adult visitors refrain from using student toilets. If you require facilities while on school grounds, there is a designated adult toilet located behind the sick bay in the main office area. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a safe and appropriate environment for our students.
Looking After Our Neighbours
We have recently received several concerns from our neighbours regarding students climbing on fences and littering in the surrounding streets. We kindly ask all families to remind their children about the importance of respecting our neighbours’ properties and keeping our local community clean. Let’s work together to uphold the values of responsibility and respect, both within and beyond our school grounds.
Ms. Beare’s Recovery Update
We are pleased to share that Ms. Beare has returned home following her knee surgery and is recovering well. We send her our best wishes for a smooth and speedy recovery and look forward to seeing her back at school when she is ready.
Thank you for your ongoing support in making MPH a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all.
Have a great fortnight!
