Foundation to Grade 6 - Marrung Installation Artwork
Students were inspired by Indigenous artworks to create dots, lines, patterns and story telling through images for their own artwork. The Grade 6 students outlined eucalyptus leaves onto terra cotta pipes. The eucalyptus leaves were painted by the students in different shades of green. Foundation, Grade 1 and 2 students used dot technique to create their artwork on the eucalyptus leaves. Students in Grades 3, 4, 5 and 6 were able to choose story telling images to paint their designs. Students used wooden skewers and fine brushes.
The terra cotta pipes will be installed near the stadium in the coming weeks.
Just take a moment to ....
come and enjoy the Community Event this Sunday 16th November and look at the Fantastic Faces created by the students at BPPS.
