IMPORTANT SCHOOL REMINDERS FOR PARENTS
As PAM/Simon Everywhere is still down, please continue letting us know if your child will be away from school. You can email us at admin@cranbourneeast.catholic.edu.au or call us on 5998 9293.
Daily Student Attendance Reminder
Please be reminded that if your child will be absent, it is important to notify the school promptly. If no communication is received, the school will follow up with an SMS, phone calls to parents/guardians and emergency contacts, and an email. A final text from the principal will advise that Victoria Police may be contacted if no response is received. Your timely communication ensures the safety and well-being of all students.
Early Pickups and Appointments
If your child needs to leave school early for an appointment, please notify the school in advance and sign your child out at the office. Please be mindful of the following times:
- Recess: 11:05 – 11:35 AM
- Lunch: 1:45 – 2:15 PM
Students cannot be picked up during recess or lunch, as they will be in different locations around the school. You may arrange to collect your child before or after these times.
Additionally, students cannot be picked up from 3:00 PM, as they will be packing up for the day.

✨ Sharing the Christmas Spirit! 🎄
As we welcome the season of giving, we’re excited to share a little holiday cheer! On Tuesday, December 9, during our Christmas Carols event from 4:00–7:00 PM (more details coming soon!), we’ll be setting up one—or maybe even two!—special tables filled with school uniforms for families to take home absolutely free.
If you have gently used uniforms that you’d love to pass along, we’d be grateful for your generosity. Please drop off any donations at the office between December 1–5, 2025.
