I want to take this opportunity to thank the team behind the Father’s Day Stall. Katya Ellis lead this wonderful event. The children absolutely loved the opportunity to go “shopping” and buy something special for their person. Katya managed the event really well by swapping days and taking into consideration Year 4 Camp - thank you Katya! Behind Katya was a great team of volunteers who helped set the stall up, sell to the kids and pack down again - thank you to everyone who helped.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank the Second Hand Uniform Team - Cindy and Jean along with their team who open throughout the term, have smiles on their faces and make sure everyone is well looked after. The last opening for the term was today, we will let you know dates for next term as soon as we can.
Movie Night
When: Friday 13th September gates open at 5.45pm with movie starting at 6.45pm
Tickets: $12 per student.
Parents & Children under 4yo free. Buy your Movie Night Tickets on the Parent Hub
Venue: School Oval or Gym in bad weather. On arrival please have your name marked off.
Food & Drinks: Popcorn and Hotdogs will be available to purchase $5 each. Mr Wonder Whip will be there for dessert and Pizzini Wines and CBCo Beers will also be available.
Movie: Inside Out 2
The lights are low, the volume is up, grab a blanket, because a great film is playing on the big screen. Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out 2” returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she’s not alone.
Footy Colours and Party Pie Day
When: Last day of term 20th September (last day of Term 3)
Order Party Pies now* - final orders 13 September.
To coincide with dressing in your favourite footy gear the PFA is running their annual Party Pie Day on Friday 20th September.
Students are able to purchase party pies via the Parent Hub and they will be delivered to their classroom.
*Remember to please UPDATE YOUR CHILD'S CLASS on the Parent Hub, so the party pies are delivered to the correct classroom!
