Father's Day Liturgy

Today we celebrated our Dad's, Grandpa's, Uncles, God Fathers and all our Father figures. Years 5 & 6 lead our Holy Family School Community in a beautiful liturgy celebrating the special men in our lives. 

Thank you to the Senior Students, Mr Clarke and Mrs Overton for all their work putting this special celebration together. 

We pray that our Dads have a wonderful Father's Day this weekend.

Happy Father's Day!!

Happy Father's Day for all the Dads both past and present in our community and for all those who do the fathering role. 

Your children will hopefully have given you a very special present and prayer card this week. How about making some time to pray with them on Sunday by saying The "Our Father." This is a very significant prayer that comes from the Bible. It is suggested by Jesus as the prayer to say when the disciples ask Jesus to teach them to pray.

Inaugural Solo Parents Picnic on this Sunday at Gordon. Amanda Hale in Kindy has organised this picnic and is very keen for any other single parents in the school to attend.  If interested or turn up at 11am at Gordon Recreation Grounds at the playground! BYO picnic.
