Assembly

Class 2/3 Presenting:

Class 2/3 have been learning how illustrations help us to understand an author's message using two mentor's textbooks; How The Sun Got to Coco's House and How to Heal a Broken Wing, both by author Bob Graham.

In this unit, students learned to identify different elements in an illustration, why they were used and how these added meaning to the written story.

Awards

Our classroom awards were announced this morning. Congratulations to Miranda, Goldie, Leo, Nate, Phoenix, Mason, Phoenix and Orlonzo on your achievements in class this week.
