Year 6 News

Dear Families,
In grade six, we have been well and truly hit our straps in terms of our learning. The quality of work displayed in the students presentation of their news reports, was of an extremely high standard. The work and effort that all students put into these is to be commended.
In wellbeing, it has been fantastic to see how students have been able to identify their own strengths, and also in their classmates. We have been creating visual displays in each of our classes, to show the individual strengths that each student brings to our cohort.
The training for winter gala is almost up, and we are excited about the prospect of the main event on Monday. We look forward to a day of good sportsmanship and fun when we take on other schools in the Wyndham area in basketball, lacrosse, tee ball and netball.
Well done to the students for keeping our school grounds tidy and demonstrating respect by putting their rubbish either in the classroom bins or using the bins located near the canteen; keep up the great work by reflecting our school values.
Congratulations to those students who received excellence certificates in the past few weeks, do not underestimate the importance your actions can have on everyone else at the school, and value your role as a leader.
