We have been very busy in Auslan this week learning how to sign different emotions and feelings.  Students used the game charades to help learn and practise signing different emotions. Some of the different emotions we have learnt to sign are happy, sad, excited, brave, angry, bored, and cold. Students also learnt the importance of expressing emotions through facial expressions to match the signs, as this helps to convey meaning when communicating in Auslan. 

We invite you to ask your child to sign how they are feeling.

This term for PE the F-4 students have been participating in a PMP (Perceptual Motor Program). This program is a movement based program which helps students to develop their balance, gross and fine motor skills, coordination and spatial awareness. Each week we complete a circuit with different activities to promote and develop these skills.
