On Tuesday in SAKG we made:

Carrot, Cumin and Herb Fritters with Yoghurt Sauce, Cauliflower & Kale tossed with Linguine and Pear Crumble for dessert. We had Stacey and Maddie from East Wimmera Health Service come and visit us and help us out in the kitchen. We thank them for their visit, and hope they enjoyed themselves. 

 

Thank you to Cody's mum, Kate who came in to volunteer too!

 

From the garden we harvested parsley, kale, lemon and eggs. Deciding on a favourite dish was hard, so we have added the Fritters and the Pear Crumble recipe for you to try at home. Enjoy!
