At assembly Monday the Learning Detectives showed us the injured sea life that they had made from recycled materials. Emphasising the harmful effects that rubbish has on our animals.

Vision Screening
Last Friday our students had a Free Vision Screening, a big thanks to the Lions Eye Health Program! All students received a letter indicating the findings and recommendations from the screening. If you haven’t seen the form, please look in your child’s bag.
Pupil Free Day Friday
This coming Friday, 8th of September is a pupil free day. Staff will be undertaking Berry Street training. This is a wonderful opportunity for staff, to help us better understand and cater for students and make their time at school a more positive experience.
Parent Opinion Survey
The survey closes this Friday (8th September). We would really appreciate as many parents as possible completing the survey, as the data is important to our future planning and programming. The survey can be found at https://www.orima.com.au/parent. You will need to gain the pin from the compass post. (we cannot share this to the community)
