To celebrate Health and Wellbeing week, and R U OK Day on Thursday 14th September the Yr 10 House captains have created a Wellness Jar. This is located between the Senior School Office and the Wellbeing Centre. The jar contains positive notes that have been divided into 5 different categories: blue for compliments, yellow for quotes, green for wellness activity, purple for something to tell your friends, and pink for self check-in questions. Students and teachers have spent the week taking notes in the jar, reading them and writing a note to stick on the wall to pay the positivity forward. Its been great to see our College community get on board and we hope this project has made people feel better and happier this week.
