Learning and Teaching

Dear Parents and Carers,

Term 1 has flown by, and it’s hard to believe we’re already at the end. This term, our students have explored a variety of exciting learning experiences across different subjects. It's been wonderful to see them grow in confidence and engage with new ideas, developing skills that will serve them in the future.

A big thank you to our teachers for their dedication in making learning so engaging, and to our students for their curiosity and hard work. Families, your support at home is invaluable, and we appreciate all you do to encourage your child’s learning journey.

Looking ahead to Term 2, we will focus on the rich history of St Peter’s School. Our students will explore how our school has evolved over the years, learning about the key events and people who have shaped our community. There’s much to look forward to, including the Year 5/6 camp, St Peter’s Feast Day, and many more learning opportunities.

Over the break, we encourage you to keep the learning going at home. Share stories and enjoy books together daily—learning doesn't stop during the holidays!

I wish everyone a happy and restful break and look forward to seeing you next term for an exciting exploration of St Peter’s history as we celebrate 70 years of our school.

Look familiar?
