Year 3/4 Learning Reflection

This week in phonics, Grade 3/4 students have been learning the spelling codes for /s/. Some of the spellings we have looked at are: s, ss, c, c, ce, se, sc and st

3B students have been learning about fractions. As part of the activity, they coloured shapes to represent given fractions. 

In 4A, students use 'turn and talk'. A strategy where they chat with a classmate to share their ideas before speaking in front of the whole class. 

In our Unit of Work on endangered species, 4B completed a cut-and-paste activity where they categorised animals as either extinct or not extinct.
