Upper Primary (Years 5-6)

This fortnight, Year 5/6 students have continued to develop their money skills. Students have been sorting and ordering coins and adding groups of coins to find the total amount and calculating change. 

On Monday the 11th November, students acknowledged Remembrance Day, participating in classroom activities and observed one minutes silence. 

Lower Secondary (Years 7-8)

Over the past week, the 7/8 students have had the opportunity to visit the Royal Botanical Gardens, Melbourne central and the local milk bar as part of their travel training program. 

Students have learnt road safety as well as accessing public transport and making their own purchases at the shops. 

For our inquiry unit, students have been monitoring their plants growth in different environmental conditions. Check out these super long snow peas!
