P&C Annual General Meeting
The P&C Annual General Meeting was held this week.
We are very grateful for the service to our community provided by these outgoing volunteers:
Treasurer Pearl Chan first volunteered as treasurer in 2018 and has kept our finances in check with an incredible eye for detail throughout, as well as being an invaluable member of the P&C Executive team.
Vice President Phil Neil has been a gentle-yet-firm voice within the P&C Executive for his two years with us, and we have greatly appreciated his thoughtful and insightful input.
Canteen Committee Convenor Yenny Ho has led the canteen admirably for three years, including seamlessly covering the difficult transition through the school build. Our canteen operations are in great condition.

Our Events and Canteen are overseen by dedicated committees, and we would love for you to get involved! Your participation is a great way to contribute to our school community and help make our events and canteen even better.

P&C Membership
All parents and carers are invited to become a P&C member ($1.50) via this link:

Note: Memberships paid now remain current for more than a year, until the end of February 2026.
All spending decisions by the P&C are discussed at meetings and voted by Members.
P&C Meetings
The next P&C General Meeting will be Tuesday 25 February next year.
All parents and carers are welcome at P&C meetings. Meetings are online via Zoom.
At meetings we have updates from the school principal, P&C operational updates, and motions to expend money to the benefit of students at CPS.
Meetings are always 7:30pm, 4th Tuesday of each month during term.
