Welcome Bart Wildash, PFA President!

As was announced on Compass by Karen Roberts recently, the PFA are thrilled to have a new President - Bart Wildash.

We are very grateful to Bart for putting his hand up for the role, and looking forward to working with him.

Huge thanks also go once again to Sandra Michela who has held the role of president for the last 2 years, and contributed enormously to the PFA for the past 10!

Celebrating Fathers and other special men at CPS

Please note the following dates in your diary:

Fathers' Day and Gifts of Appreciation stall, Tuesday 27th August

The PFA have again organised a range of beautiful gifts that students will be able browse and purchase for between $2 - $6 (cash only).

Fathers’ and Special Friends BBQ, Friday 30th August

The PFA will be hosting a BBQ for children to enjoy with their fathers, grandfathers and father figures. From 3:30pm, volunteer parents will be selling sausages, vegetarian samosas and drinks in the Prep playground near Graceburn Avenue. We look forward to seeing you there! 

Can you help with these events?

We need parents to help wrap presents (on Tues 20th August), to man the gift stall on August 27th and to run the BBQ on August 30th.

We are very grateful to Pooja Jethra who has coordinated the gift stalls for Mothers and Fathers Day for several years. Next year will be Pooja’s last year as a CPS parent, so it would be great to have someone working with her, with a view to coordinating the stalls in 2026. If you can help, please add your name to SignUp. Popcorn is $1 a bag. Ingredients are gluten and dairy free.
