What are sustainable ways to use Earth’s resources?

Looking through the lens of Earth & Space Science, students will explore the variety of ways we use our Earth’s resources. Key areas of focus will be water, oil, minerals and energy.

Our students will be inspired to be curious about how to conserve and preserve Earth’s resources and examine our impact on the future of our home and planet. 

Students will participate in an immersive, interactive incursion that focuses using Earth’s resources sustainably on Monday the 26th of August. Students will have the opportunity to interact with mineral samples from Melbourne mines and explore their uses in everyday life. Students will also get to make their own paper out of recycled materials.
