Stage 3 High School Orientation

On Tuesday 27th August, Years 5 and 6 students spent the morning at Georges River College, Peakhurst Campus for a Transition to High School session. 

The students were in groups, that were able to experience lessons, taught by the teachers at GRC Peakhurst, in subject areas that they may not have experienced in a primary school before.

Each group completed two lessons. The different subjects were Japanese, Science (in the Science lab), Visual Arts and Physical Education.

The students were able to see how a high school setting is different to ours, even if they are not planning on attending GRC Peakhurst.
