Principal Post

Dear Families,

Welcome back to Term 4! I hope that all of us who were able to have a break from the regular routines have come back renewed and refreshed!! I trust that the break  gave us some time to enjoy our families and friends! How lucky were we to experience such beautiful weather.  Melbourne was certainly a buzz across this past two weeks.  Wasn't the Grand Final a sensational game!  Our congratulations to  the many Collingwood supporters within our community as you celebrate their awesome victory!  No doubt, the Melbourne Show was another great experience for some families! And I am sure that there were many other activities that gave opportunity for families to be together.

As we begin our Final Term, our hope is that our students will settle well and will continue to focus to demonstrate progress in their academic and social skills.

As always, our staff want to work closely with our parents/ families so please  continue to communicate and  work closely with our teachers and leaders, in the best interests of all our students and school community.

We hope our  our Year 6 students have a wonderful last term as part of their Primary Education.   May it be  full of learning, fun  and friendship! They have all be exemplary across the year and  no doubt will continue  to be their best across the term!

2024 School Timetable Change

We wish to advise our school community that there will be some changes to the structure of the school day in 2024. These changes are to ensure that our school is aligned with the recent Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement.  There will be no changes to the start and finish time of the school day.  However there will be a change to the time of lunch and recess breaks.  The students will have their lunch break earlier from 11am-12pm each day and their recess break from 2pm - 2:30pm.  These changes will ensure that our school is able to continue to prioritise learning and teaching time, support our specialist program and allow for teachers to collaboratively plan and implement teaching and learning programs.
