Campus Sport
The Year 3/4 Campus Basketball team concluded their season this past week. Coached by Clint R, the team competed over the last two terms at Morphett Vale Basketball Stadium. Congratulations to all players involved and a big thank you to Clint for taking on the responsibility of coach.

Pedal Prix
What an amazing season of racing for the Campus Tornadoes Pedal Prix Team!
The final 3-day event was held from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th September at the Sturt Reserve Murray Bridge with 24 hours of non stop racing. Racing both day and night is the main highlight of the event, plus the thousands of competitors, support teams and spectators, with many camping out for weekend.
Campus entered 3 trikes in the event. Our senior trike Sunny, sponsored by GoSunny Solar broke a steering arm about 18 hours into the race, but, with the quick thinking of our parents in the pits, a new part was tracked down from another team and our trike was back on the track within the hour. Even with this stop, Sunny completed nearly 400 laps of the circuit. Our 2 other trikes, Rocket and Evo, both performed very well, breaking their lap records from last year's event. It has been a privilege to witness the personal growth of each of these riders this year, their resilience, team work, inclusion of others and their commitment to their own personal development is to be admired.

Finally, although our season of racing is finished, we are still fundraising to cover our costs. We will be running a carwash on the weekend of October 21st and 22nd at the Aberfoyle Park Community Centre. You will also be able to purchase food and drinks whilst you wait! We will also be running a Campus Disco at school on Friday 17th November.

Aberfoyle Park Campus Preschool
Registrations for Preschool Enrolment in 2024 are now due.
To ensure you gain a place at your local campus preschool you must lodge a Preschool Registration of Interest form with them. Forms can be found on the Department for Education website, https://www.education.sa.gov.au/ or you can pick one up directly from the Aberfoyle Park Campus Preschool on site.
If your child turns 4 before the 1st May 2024, they are eligible to start preschool in Term 1 2024. If your child turns 4 between the 1st May and the 31st of October 2024, they are eligible to start preschool in Term 3 2024.

Uniform Shop Term Opening Hours
Devon Clothing will no longer sell Campus uniform as of Friday 29th September. Our new uniform supplier, Belgravia Apparel, will be open on Campus from Monday 16th October. Their opening hours will be:
- Mondays 2.30pm - 3.30pm
- Wednesdays & Fridays 8.30am - 9.30am
Please see introductory letter from Belgravia sent home as an email on Friday 29th September for further details about booking a uniform fitting appointment or ordering online. Their online ordering for Campus schools should be available from Sunday 1st October. You can check at www.belgraviaapparelschools.com and find 'Aberfoyle Park Campus'. You will note some items are not yet in stock. All uniform items are expeced t be available soon.
There will be slight changes to the design of some uniform items, eg girl's summer shirt will look similar to the winter blouse with the Campus logo, PE shorts will have 'Campus' embroidered on them, etc. As always, the previous style of uniform remains current until families are advised otherwise.
Second Hand Uniform Sales
With our new uniform supplier starting next term, we are experiencing greater demand for second hand uniform items. If you have clean uniform items in great condition that your family no longer needs, please consider contributing them to the second hand uniform pool. Families receive 50% of sales with the other 50% going towards P&F funds.
OSHC
Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) is available for families before and after school.
