Rebecca Hauser

Senior School Teacher (German)

With teaching experience both in Australia and overseas, I am thrilled to bring my passion for teaching to Oxley Christian College. My teaching career began in 2007, teaching classical ballet. I have since completed a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Dance Teaching and a Master of Teaching. 

I lived in Germany for two and half years working as an au pair, teaching and tutoring. Since returning to Australia, I’ve had the opportunity to work in some fantastic schools. I cannot wait to share my experiences with students at Oxley and impart my passion for the German language and culture. 

When I’m not working, you can find me with my husband, my 18-month-old daughter, Amity, and my two crazy dachshunds, Ludwig and Siegfried (aka Siggy).

Hello everyone! I am very excited to join the LSA team and continue to learn how to be a teacher. Some of you may know me from Oxley Kids at after school care. I am looking forward to meeting and getting to know new people. My interests include basketball and spending time with friends and family.
