Over the next few weeks, we have got a lot of things on! We have got another week of swimming and then it is production time! Our suggestion around this time is to make sure everyone is getting enough sleep, drinking enough water and having great nutritious food to give them energy! Because of the business of everything, be kind to yourselves as well as your kids. It is a big change from our normal routine, so it is suspected that kids' moods change. Try to keep your home routine the same and provide opportunities for that downtime after your busy days. Try not to push things as well, if they need a night off from their reading homework, so be it.
