Year 3 to Year 6
So Weeks 7 and 8 have just flown by and the students have been getting fitter and fitter with the Athletics Carnival on the horizon, and they are also working on finalising some big projects in their Learning Spaces.
Year 3 and Year 4
The teachers and students from the Year 3 and Year 4 Learning Spaces have been training hard so they can put on their best performance at the upcoming Athletics Carnival. It is wonderful to see the focus and concentration as students work on improving their skills as well as strategising to achieve maximum results. The words of encouragement and demonstration of leadership across the Year Levels is heartening to witness also.
Year 5
The Year 5 Learning Spaces have been hives of activity as the students work on producing brochures about their selected country from the Americas. So much learning has occurred from new phrases in different languages to the wonderful range of flora, fauna and geographical features across the continent. Some wonderful work being produced.
Year 6
Year 6 students have been busy learning about another part of the world - the continent of Asia. Once they processed how many countries are actually in Asia, the students got right down to researching and creating a most interesting Travel Exhibition. There were interactive displays incorporating some clay work as well as some tasty soup and coconut pancakes. The students really applied all their creative gifts and talents to produce their best work.
Thank you for all the support this term.
