Thank You Sacred Heart Community
As we wrap up a big and busy semester, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible Sacred Heart community, including our dedicated PA Executive Team, Parent Reps, and the many local businesses who have supported us along the way.
This semester has been filled with so many wonderful events – the Whole School Welcome, Prep and New Families Welcome, Mother’s Day Stall and Celebration, Ladies Lunch, School Disco, Mandarin Day, Sports Day Lunch, the launch of our new beanies, and our much-loved Tuckshop.
These events simply wouldn’t be possible without your time, generosity and support. Whether you volunteered, donated, or helped behind the scenes – thank you. You’ve helped create lasting memories, fundraised much needed funds and strengthened our beautiful school community.

This is always a cherished event on our school calendar and a wonderful opportunity for students to share their school life with those who play such an important role in their lives. See invitation below. Thank you so much to the Year 2 Parent Reps: Jenni, Jane and Pablo and Yr 2 families for organising the special morning tea.

Sacred Heart Meals Service
What is the meals service?
The Sacred Heart Meals Service is available to all Sacred Heart families that require some practical help in the form of meals at a time of need. This may be due to a very happy occasion such as a new birth in the family, or in more difficult circumstances such as a death or illness in a family.
How does it work?
The Meals Service Coordinators can be contacted by a teacher, class rep, member of the Parents Association, a friend within the school or the family members themselves. The coordinators would then contact the family to chat about what would be helpful (e.g. how often, favourite meals, dietary requirements etc) and then coordinate the service, requesting assistance from the relevant year level.
It’s important to note that we are very careful in being discreet at all times and maintaining confidentiality, ensuring the family are happy with what information (if any) is passed on to those we are asking to assist.
We can be contacted via the following methods:
Amy McIvor
Ph 0411 034 463
Caroline O’Sullivan
Ph 0419 100 964
Please feel free to reach out to either of us with any questions, we are here to help!
Kind regards,
Caroline O’Sullivan (Billy Year 4) and Amy McIvor (Rafferty Year 3)
