New Major in the Bachelor of Commerce
Commencing in 2025 a new major Business Analytics has been approved for the Bachelor of Commerce and will be available as a standalone and concurrent major. Business analytics is the practice of using data, statistical analysis, and quantitative methods to gain insights into business performance and drive decision-making. It involves examining historical data, predicting future trends, and providing actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.

AIM has campuses in Sydney and Melbourne, and courses offered in Melbourne include:
Bachelor of Arts and Entertainment Management – a 3-year course for anyone wanting to master the essentials of the music business – from marketing and artist management to music business economics and law.
Bachelor of Music (Composition)– a 3-year course training students to become a composer with originality, heightened musical ability, and technical mastery. As digital media expands, so does the demand for talented composers in film, television, video games, and music.
Bachelor of Music (Performance)– a 3-year course whereby students get to refine their musicianship, develop their collaboration skills, and help them stand out as a performer. The ADF offers over 300 roles across 10 different categories. These consist of a wide range of specialist military positions, support roles, traditional and technical trades and professions that range from medicine to engineering.
Many of these jobs will suit students from diverse backgrounds and those who are not thought of as likely candidates for the ADF. These jobs are focused on the future, aimed at those who are looking to make the most of their Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths skills.
