Junior District Cricket Success
Congratulations to both of our Junior School cricket teams on a fantastic day at the District Cricket competition held on Monday 20th October at Dennington Recreation Reserve.
One of our teams went through the day undefeated and will now progress to the Division stage on Thursday 7th November, an incredible achievement! There were plenty of boundaries hit, with 4’s and 6’s flying across the ground, and some outstanding bowling performances throughout the day.
Our second team also had great success, displaying impressive fielding skills and some brilliant stoppages in the field.
Well done to all players for representing our school with such skill, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship.

Year 3 Lawn Bowls
Over the past three weeks, our Year 3 students have been enjoying a fantastic opportunity to learn the skills of lawn bowls. With guidance from local coaches, students have been developing their technique, teamwork, and understanding of the game.
Each session at the bowls club has focused on building accuracy, control, and sportsmanship, with plenty of fun and laughter along the way.
It’s been wonderful to see the students encouraging one another, improving each week, and embracing a sport that values patience and precision.

Year 7/8 Interschool Basketball
The Year 7/8 boys headed off to the Warrnambool Stadium in search of basketball glory!
After a few weeks of coaching from Mr Bond, the team was ready to hit the court. The day had its ups and downs, with the boys coming away with one win and two losses.
They fought hard in every game and represented our school with great teamwork and spirit. Well done, boys, a solid effort all round!
