From the Principal's Office

Mr Chad Harris

Welcome to the end of Term 2.

This has been a busy term where the last week has seen us celebrating NAIDOC activities K-6.  The week has been filled with quality activities that showcase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island culture and traditions.  The assembly was an amazing experience with all students able to show their pride.  The following BBQ lunch and open classrooms were a great opportunity to showcase the school. Thank you to the organising committee and to the community members who participated.

A reminder that reports were sent home this week.  Next term we will be conducting three-way conference. These a great way to share in your child’s learning and celebrate their many successes.  Booking details are available in the report package.

Work will continue during the holidays on several building projects.  The steps in the hall will be covered in carpet tiles.  The big heavy door in 1/2D will be replaced and the shade sail will be installed over our special programs area.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our amazing school community for your on-going support throughout the term. Have a safe and relaxing break with your families and friends.
