EHS Open Girls Netball Central Venue Day
The Elderslie High School Open Girls Netball Team competed at the Macarthur Zone Central Venue Day and placed 3rd overall. The girls had 2 wins and a draw in their pool. The team we drew against, just beat us in the point score which knocked us out of 1st and second playoffs. Well done to the team; Isabella Trevena, Maddison Leahy, Taylah Bliss, Charli Smith, Alira Wolstencroft, Mia Piliae, Zaiah Williams, Annalise Williams, Danyella Eden-Power and Ella Malcolm.
EHS Open Boys Hockey Central Venue Day
The Elderslie High School Open Boys Hockey Team competed at the Macarthur Zone Central Venue Day and placed 3rd overall. For many, it was their hockey debut, and for Brayden S, it was his farewell after 6 years representing EHS. A special mention to Jackson D who jumped in to goalie. The boys drew against Elizabeth Macarthur, lost to Camden, and then beat Mount Annan, narrowly missing the opportunity to play Camden in the final. As always, we are proud of their effort, teamwork and sportsmanship on the field, as well as how they carried themselves off the field. Thanks to Mrs Bright for taking the team this year! Well done to the team; Brayden Sutherland, Elijah Pico, Oscar Lontis, Jack Searle, Jayden Tasker, Charlie Dolan, Elih Walker, Channing Whary, Ethan Heyburgh, Jay Das, Campbell Osborne, Bailey Nichols, Jackson Domanski, Rheece Wallace, Harrison Nichols, William Daley, Zachariah Pico and Koby Taylor.
EHS Open Girls Soccer Central Venue Day
The Elderslie High School Open Girls Soccer Team attended the Macarthur Zone Central Venue Day. This team was led by our senior players Beth C and Ellie F, and manager Charli T. Our girls tackled the opposition, beating Thomas Reddall 6-0, drawing against a tough Elizabeth Macarthur 0-0, and winning against Picton 1-0. We didn't concede a single goal, thanks to Bethanie Collins our wonderful defensive back and Helayna G in goals. Unfortunately, despite their solid effort, the girls were unable to progress to the final based on for and against points. Congratulations to the girls on their effort, teamwork and outstanding sportsmanship. Thanks to Mrs Bright for taking the team this
year! Well done to the team; Charli Tomlin, Bethanie Collins, Ellie Fenner, Ruby Cullen, Arianna King, Casey Lloyd, Harlow Gornall, Ashlee Trynchy, Jacinta Wilson, Alia Soubra, Helayna Gibson, Paige Harvey, Sunny Walton, Ray Jabakhanji, Paige Wallace, Hannah Lloyd, Olivia Bright.

12 PDHPE ACPE Excursion
Year 12 PDHPE students went on an adventure to ACPE to put their Factors Affecting Performance knowledge into action. Students participated in practical workshops and tested their fitness levels. All the information they read in class was seen in real life! Whilst they may not have got the back seat on the bus trip, it was a valuable learning experience for the classes. A big thanks to Mr Cockburn for organising the excursion.
